Manual pneumatic lockout valve with soft start function. Yellow body with blue handle for ON/OFF control. Prevents rapid equipment movement at startup. Threaded exhaust ports for silencers or remote exhaust lines. Lockable in OFF position only. Fluorocarbon slipper seals for easy shifting. Integrated sensing port for pressure verification.
